We are the data controller for all personal data collected through this website.

What we collect and why

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. We use it solely to send you early access invitations and launch updates for Hush. We will not send you unrelated marketing, and we will never sell your data.

Lawful basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

Who processes your data

Supabase Inc.

Stores your email in our waitlist database. US-based; data is transferred under standard contractual clauses.

Resend (Resend Inc.)

Sends confirmation and update emails on our behalf. US-based.

PostHog Inc.

Product analytics. Captures anonymous page views and interaction events in production. No personal data is linked unless you submit the waitlist form. EU hosting available.

Sentry (Functional Software Inc.)

Error monitoring. Captures technical errors to help us fix bugs. May include your email if an error occurs during signup.

Vercel Inc. (Hosting)

Hosts this website. Processes connection metadata (IP address, browser type) as part of standard web hosting.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. PostHog uses a first-party cookie for anonymous analytics in production only.

How long we keep your data

We keep your waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after launch - whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • -Access the data we hold about you
  • -Correct inaccurate data
  • -Request deletion of your data
  • -Withdraw your consent at any time
  • -Object to processing
  • -Request data portability

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via email.
